What amenities + perks are included in my visit?

All guests are welcome to arrive early and check in at the front desk. Our team will guide you to the luxurious locker room where you can begin your visit, shower if you’d like, and slip into one of our cozy robes. From there, make your way to our relaxation lounge to unwind before or after your service. Bring a book, sip a drink, and take a few quiet moments just for you. Complimentary beverages such as water, tea, and select soft drinks are available for all guests, and those with appointments lasting 60 minutes or longer can also enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne during their visit.

What is Wellness 360’s Cancellation Policy?

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time will incur a 50% charge. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day of your appointment, or with a no call no show, will incur a 100% charge. If we are able to fill the appointment spot, no charge will be required for cancellations or reschedules. We understand life happens & we thank you for understanding and respecting our business + policies so we can continue to serve the community for years to come!

Can I pay with Cash?

All clients are required to have a card on file to book their sessions, however you can certainly pay with cash if you prefer at the time of your appointment!

Please note, all card payments to have an additional 3.5% service fee. To avoid this fee, guests are invited to pay via cash or venmo.

Do you offer group bookings?

Absolutely! We would love to host your group! While you can book online as a group, we encourage guests to email contact@wellness360spa.com for personalized help in creating your booking!

What options do I have for parking?

Guests are welcome to use the Hotel Retlaw parking ramp, which offers 125 clearly marked spaces reserved for guest use. The parking structure can be accessed from either North Main Street or North Portland Avenue, with a covered walkway leading directly into the hotel. Additional street parking is also available around the property for your convenience.
