I’m so happy you’re here! I started the vision of Wellness 360 when I was just 18 and opened my first location a week after turning 21. What began as a small dream built around my love for nutrition, skin health, and helping others has grown into something so much greater than I ever imagined.

From day one, my heart behind Wellness 360 has been to create a space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that every provider they see is amazing. I also wanted to fill the gap I saw in this industry—offering professionals a space to grow and thrive for years to come. Over the years, Wellness 360 has evolved and expanded, but our mission has always stayed the same: to give, serve, and add value to every person who walks through our doors.

I’ve loved and had so much fun growing this brand since 2019, and I feel incredibly honored to bring the Wellness 360 experience to Hotel Retlaw in Fond du Lac. This new spa allows us to share our same warmth, community, and passion in an elevated environment that blends relaxation, results, and connection.

At Wellness, I focus on nutritional consultations, helping clients better understand their bodies and find the tools and supplements that truly support them. I always say, “If I don’t know it, I’ll find you someone amazing who does,” and I’m proud to say our team covers nearly every area of health and beauty. On the rare occasion something is beyond our scope, we’ll happily connect you with a trusted professional who can help.

You’ll still often find me around the spa, meeting clients, chatting with our team, and ensuring every detail feels just right. When I’m not at work, I’m probably golfing, spending time with the Wellness 360 girlies, or enjoying life with friends and family.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share what we love with the Fond du Lac community and beyond. This next chapter is such a dream, and I can’t wait for you to experience everything Wellness 360 Spa at Hotel Retlaw has to offer.

I’m beyond thrilled to be starting this new chapter at Wellness 360!

My journey into the skincare world began with my own personal experience. A few years ago, I went through a long journey with Accutane, and that experience completely changed how I viewed skin health and self-confidence. It was during that time that I realized how powerful skincare truly is not just for how we look, but for how we feel about ourselves. That’s what inspired me to dive deeper into the world of skincare and become an esthetician.

During my studies, I’ve been expanding my knowledge in everything from advanced facial techniques and chemical peels to product ingredients and holistic skincare. My passion lies in creating personalized treatment plans that help clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin.

I’m beyond excited to offer a variety of treatments here at Wellness 360 from relaxing, results-driven facials to exfoliating treatments, extractions, and other rejuvenating services that bring out your natural glow. Every treatment I perform is rooted in care, education, and a genuine love for helping people feel confident in their skin.

When I’m not in the treatment room or studying, you can usually find me outside soaking up the sunshine, spending time with the people I love, reading a good book, or finding new ways to stay inspired and creative.

I’m Lexie! Your new bestie! I’m a Wisconsin girl born and raised, but life has taken me on the sweetest adventure—from the dreamy charm of Savannah, Georgia, to the red rocks of Utah, and now back home close to family. I graduated from Herzing University with my BSN in 2023 and trained in Aesthetic Injections through AMET. After working as a Level One Trauma ER nurse, I completely fell in love with the beauty and artistry of aesthetics.

At Wellness 360 Med Spa, I specialize in Botox and dermal fillers with a focus on enhancing natural beauty, creating balance, and boosting confidence. My absolute favorite part of what I do is seeing my clients glow when I hand them the mirror—it never gets old!

Outside of the treatment room, I adore life with my husband (my favorite person ever!), our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Stetson, and our 1889 French Villa fixer-upper that keeps us busy. I’m a total pink girl who loves working out, trying new coffee shops, traveling, thrifting, baking, and doing all the girly things that make life sweet and beautiful.

Hey everyone! I'm Dylan, one of the receptionists at Wellness 360, and I'm passionate about all things health and wellness. When I'm not at the spa, you can probably find me at the gym, spending time with my family and boyfriend, or on some sort of adventure.

My ultimate goal is to become an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. After shadowing injectors in the area, I was in love with the smiles on clients faces as they left. Ever since then, I've aspired to be the one who boosts people's confidence and brings that smile to their faces. I plan on attending nursing school locally at MPTC, and who knows, maybe one day I'll be giving you a lip flip or Botox!

For now, I'll be at the front desk, dedicated to elevating your experience here at Wellness 360. I genuinely care about your time with us and aim to make it as pleasant as possible. I believe in spreading positivity and making everyone feel loved. Don't be surprised if I hype you up or throw a compliment your way as you head out the door!

Hi, I’m Bella! I’m so excited to be part of the Wellness 360 team and to be one of the friendly faces you’ll see at the front desk—or the voice you’ll hear over the phone while booking your next appointment. I can’t wait to greet every client with a warm welcome and make them feel at home. I recently purchased a home with my boyfriend, and we’re loving getting settled into this new area together.

I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years, and I truly love being in the beauty industry and everything it has to offer. While I continue to grow my clientele in this new area, I’m also excited to cross over into the med spa side of things and expand my knowledge of wellness and skincare. I’m so happy to be part of such an amazing team—helping ensure every client’s experience is special while also being a dependable support to our talented staff.

When I’m not behind the chair or at the front desk at Wellness 360, you can find me spending time with my family and boyfriend, getting creative with crafting projects, or out on adventures with my two dogs — my little wiener dog, who’s definitely the boss of the house, and my deaf boxer mastiff, who has the biggest heart.
